1. Hardware:?Troubleshooting, formatting & resolving all PC, network and printer issues.?Requesting & configuring e-mails, VPN connections, Domain users, photocopier machines.?Installation of various hardware devices such as network printers, photocopy machines, hard disks, LAN cards and their drivers, operating system (windows).?Preparing IPOs for new purchases and registering new employees.?Monitoring and maintaining of data backup on tapes regularly and taking backup form the crashed hard disks.?Maintenance of surveillance cameras.2. Software:?Preparing process notes as per the business requirement and coordinating with IT for the system errors & status of the projects.?Creating new oracle user accounts to provide access to AIMS application.?Testing of AIMS application before rolling out for production.?Monitoring error reports, JV reports & salvage reports on daily basis as well as month end reports.?Setting up of accounting entries in the system.?Web site content management and other issues.
