Collection & updating of product details in system/excel.
Creation, amendments of Purchase orders on daily basis.
Verification and updating of open purchase orders on monthly basis.
Provide ETA (Arrival /GIT) details to the Sales & marketing team on weekly/need basis
Conduct weekly stock audit at warehouse
Follow up on loading/unloading of the shipments.
Follow up for clearance status for shipments for expediting clearance (health & Customs)
Invoice variations to be corrected in PO.
Stock aging report on fortnightly basis.
Communicate to internal team on near expiry stocks to expedite sales.
Communicate high cover articles for activations/ promotions/liquidations.?
