Review food and non-food Stock on Hand on a daily basis
Work closely with 3 PL providers and report any Out of Stock and pending Inbounds.
Coordination with the vendor with regards to any issues and follow-up on pending inbounds if any.
Coordination with stores in terms of any discrepancies in their orders while receiving.
New Vendor Registration in Oracle
New item code creation ? create and share a template to IT and 3 PL teams for creation after finalizing the commercials.
Control and ownership of Item Master and Master Price list in terms of product discontinuation and updating
Work closely with Marketing to source new ingredients and communicate to the regional SCM team on assisting the procurement.
Seasonal Packaging ? Ramadan/Holiday to work on artworks received from Marketing and work with suppliers on samplings and procurements.
