Responsibilities1.Staff Management:?Motivate, coach, and manage Parts Sales Representatives.?Interview, hire, and oversee staff training.2.Inventory and Sales Forecasting:?Establish individual parts inventory levels and balance them for maximum turnover.?Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.3.Customer Service:?Ensure timely communication with internal and external customers.?Enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.?Handle customer complaints immediately, and according to the company?s guidelines.4.Operational Efficiency:?Prepare regular reports on cost variance, backlog, and on-time delivery.?Oversee warranty and customer returns.?Coordinate a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.?Set and monitor parts sales goals.
