The position performs monthly, quarterly and year-end closing consolidation, prepares financial statements in accordance with IFRS.performs monthly, quarterly and year-end closing consolidation.prepares appropriate financial statements and its related required disclosures.Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliations.Coordinates with subsidiaries and associates for timely financial reporting.Assists in monitoring and developing monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for certain projects.Assists with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.Report to management on variances from the established budget and reforecasts, and the reasons for those variances.Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicting future trends.Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.Ensuring right processes are in place to regularly review.Any other requirements assigned from Group SeniorFinance Manager or top management.Engages with internal & External Auditors for their closing requirements.CompetenciesBig Four Audit Firms Experience.Insurance Industry Experience.Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts and International Financial Accounting Standards ?IFRS?.Ability to interpret and draw conclusions based on the limited data.Creative thinking and problem solving skills.Ability to influence and articulate point of views.Good team player with very good verbal, written and presentation skills.Ability to interact with Senior executives, division heads and good interpersonal skills.Exposure to ERP and business intelligence tools.Ability to manage delivery of requirements in a timely manner.Knowledge in using ?IBM Cognos Controller? will be considered as a highly additional skill and advantage.?
