?Receives finished goods and issuing to the final customer
Unpacks incoming goods and wraps and packs outgoing goods;
Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system;
Is responsible for physical inventories by counting stocks;
Arranges all SRVS ( Stock Receipt Voucher ) for raw materials, packaging materials, damages reports etc. all according to the procedures insuring that all documents are accurate and approved with department manager;
Follows up the stock of raw material and packing materials at the factory in coordination with the production supervisor / production manager, informing the manager about the overall position and preparation for the new orders;
Arranges the needed procedure for any movement or inquiry for the chemicals or packaging materials between the stores and filling & mixing department should be documented in special record;
Updates the control No. for each product in the records and informing factory manager about the stock situation;
Controls the stock consumption for all material to be first in first out to prevent material expiry;
Maintains the maintenance procedure for all tools and machinery in stores with needed documents and prepares spare parts list for the emergency requirement.
