Ensures to maximize sales and achieves monthly sales target,Ensures that all staff attains highest possible levels of customer service, manpower and space productivity,Checks the out-of-stock brands, product lines and assortments, slow sellers or item price sensitivitiesMarket merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, display plans and by analyzing operating and financial statement for profitability ration.Arrange with the VM team to change the display window of the store (when needed).Ensure availability of merchandise and services through monitoring, controlling ordering process, stock allocation and distribution and maintaining inventories.Control the process of refund, exchange, discount & promotion transactions.Check all the best-selling & key line every day to make sure there is enough stocks in the store, also check replenish for all the item you were selling in the whole day.Lead by example in dealing with customers.Maintain an excellent relationship with the customersHandle and follow up of all customers? stock requests.Motivate and track the performance of the team to achieve their individual and store targets and determine top and low performers ATV & UPT.
