1.˙˙˙˙˙Supervise the warehouse team and manage day to day warehouse operations. Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics.2.˙˙˙˙˙Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products. Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.3.˙˙˙˙˙Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products. Confirm proper and timely delivery of products. Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.4.˙˙˙˙˙Perform various inventory counts; order department supplies and goods as needed, record and communicate all inventory shortage issues to the relevant purchase department.5.˙˙˙˙˙Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace should be maintained.6.˙˙˙˙˙Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are always maintained. Supervise and direct warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority.7.˙Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks.˙Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfilment system.8.Provide friendly and helpful customer service, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting with product selection.
