Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Coordinator to oversee and support our sales team, manage end-to-end sales processes, and ensure smooth operations across the department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive growth. Experience in the IT industry is a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities of the sales team and provide guidance, motivation, and support.
  • Coordinate and streamline the full sales cycle ? from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and implement efficient sales processes and monitor adherence to procedures.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
  • Assist in setting and tracking sales targets for the team.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure timely responses and delivery.
  • Manage CRM and sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and utilization.
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales staff.
  • Handle escalated client queries or complex negotiations when necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and product launches.
