Job Title: Sr. Manager/ Manager ? Risk ManagementReport To: Board Risk CommitteeKey ResponsibilitiesRisk Management Strategy: Set ACIC?s risk strategy to be aligned with the Group and provide input during strategic planning to fix or prevent present and future risk related exposures.Risk Policy & Framework: Establish and enhance ACIC?s risk Management policies, procedures as well as Framework and obtain Risk/Audit Board Committee necessary approvals.Risk Management: Ensure that the Risk policies, procedures and framework are implemented as well as updated periodically and supports the business model so that it operates within acceptable risk limits.Risk Dashboard: Develop and report on KRI and ensure corrective action plans are set in place and follow up on risk findings to ensure its closed.Monitoring: Monitor new and old fund transactions and evaluate the risk level and ensure to be presented to Board Risk Committee and approved.Coordination: Coordinate between ACIC, various departments, Executive Management, 3rd parties and board risk committee on Risk related issues.Reporting: Develop reports to committee on management approvals; reporting breaches as required by policy as well as country and ACIC ratings and exposures update etc.Risk Assessment: Conduct periodic risk assessment to identify key risks issues and provide recommendations as well as ensuring actions have been taken to solve those issues.Risk Committee: Attend Board Risk Committee and present quarterly risk reports findings and corrective actions
