Job Description

? Review and verify the BOQ and Material Specification. Preparing material take off for assigned projects preparing the Mock-up drawings for Mock-up item approval.? Prepare shop drawings for cladding, stick and unitized curtain wall system such as Elevation, Plan, Section and Details for consultant approval.? Review plans and specification for final coordinated shop drawing? Prepare cutting list and material take off for glass and aluminium based on approved drawing or actual site measurement.? Assisting production team for fabrication items such as CW, ACP, Sheet panels, etc...? Preparing As-Built site survey drawings for site installation team.

  • Attend site coordination and management meeting for project Technical & contractual issue.
  • Manage to provide a self-explanatory drawing in 2 or 3D Design bases for Site or Factory.
  • Prepare a production plane as per site priority, and project manager needs.
  • Coordinate with Structural engineer for all related details (e.g. aluminum,, glass brackets etc).
  • To approval drawings and sample materials from consultant as per specified Project time scales.
  • To review the Contract structural and architectural drawings and prepare detailed drawings for aluminum and glazing works of the projects in accordance with the complete scope of work as per BOQ and specification.
Manage schedule of drawing submission.Check and ensure accuracy of all drawings and Material take off.Manage drawings and document of design department.Discuss drawings and technical issues with client or architect when necessary.? Review and process construction for project design submittal and ensure forms as per existing standards.? Provide assistance to project manager and supervise office engineering construction.?? Follow up the time schedule agreed for the design development and shop drawings with Project manager.?
