Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Analyst (Investment)Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations and present investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close documentation.
  • Monitor/ follow up portfolio companies.
  • Advise on post investment and exit strategies.
  • Conduct due diligence and present results.
  • Supervise and lead junior analysts.
  • Exposure to deal environment and exclusive experience in:
  1. Private equity/ direct investment transaction.
  2. Financial analysis and modeling.
  3. Valuation.
  4. Negotiation/ documentation and/or scrutinizing.
  5. Conducting/due diligence.
