As a facility supervisor you will be responsible to ensure that the facilities are operating in a safe, efficient manner.Responsibilities:

Have a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures.
Know all information provided to you by management.
Coordinates all special projects involving construction and/or renovation from preliminary design through actual usage of the facility.
Supervises ongoing construction projects.
Establishes work schedules to meet sports program deadlines.
Coordinates support groups to insure that all programs are carried out safely, completely, and on time.
Establishes maintenance and work schedules for all indoor and outdoor athletic department facilities.
Enforce all Recreational Sports policies, rules and regulations.
Facility maintenance as directed by check off sheets and from management instruction. Including keeping lobby and reception area clean.
Greeting clients and visitors and addressing any question, concerns, or interests.
Respond to inquiries and concerns from participants.
Participate in all in-service trainings and meetings.
Report potential hazards and unsafe conditions immediately to the Facility Manager.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
