As Sous Chef at Revive, you?ll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring meals are prepared efficiently, consistently, and to the highest health and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning, prepping, and executing weekly menus.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen that meets food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee inventory, including ordering and receiving ingredients, and minimizing food waste.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure meals are prepped in alignment with our health-focused, macro-balanced standards.
  • Step into the Head Chef role when needed.
