Solaris Sun Administrator - Kuwait / Oil and Gas SectorA. Accountabilities:

Perform system builds and HW upgrade the Solaris & UNIX servers as well as HW maintenance and repairs /replacements.
Responsible for maintain & enhance existing systems administrator tools.
Responsible for diagnose and isolate operating system, server-side networking and application related problems.
Maintain effective communications with IT team and other support organization.
Provide system backup support including user menus, scripts, backup software and web-based monitoring tools.
Assist with reporting metrics on system performance, stability and utilization. Working environment. on premises or cloud.
