Create Test Plans and Procedures, and any other relevant documents.
Conduct peer review for the documents created by partners.
Execute test cases and UAT?s
Execute full test cycles for the project that suits project lifecycle models.
Report Issues based on bug type, priority, and severity for each lifecycle. Either by JIRA/ Zoho or Manual Reporting.
Re-test and follow up on fixing issues.
Conduct regression testing.
Conduct Training and orientation sessions for the client.
Create training materials and manuals.
Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and guide users to solutions
Facilitate problem-solving between end user and development team.
Participate with development staff in testing new releases of internal products
Participate in meetings with client for gathering and analyzing Requirements.
Verify Requirements documents and HLD Documents that will meet client?s goals and make sure it?s doable.
Verify the implemented modules are as per the RD.
Able to estimate testing for certain modules.
Cooperate and follow up Support Team for any raised issues.
Handle customer calls and needs.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work in multiple projects.
