Ensure compliance and execution of internal policies and procedures relevant to settlement activities and/or any other operational related matters
Establish and set up custodian accounts with reputed banks and other brokers, and also, for online trading brokerage accounts.
Leads and liaise closely with all business line in managing the Know Your Clients (KYC) documentations
�Ensure effective coordination of Internal & External Audits scheduled in Operations and also at the time of preparation of Balance Sheet
Direct and organizes operational activities of money market, securities, foreign exchange and transfers
Verification of Trades and/or corporate actions, prior to posting
Monitor daily fund/financial transfers done through SWIFT, of the Operations department.
Ensure reconciliation of daily bank balances with respect to transfer of funds and other settlement activities
Administration of Securities, held in physical as well as electronic format, which involves, but not limited to, corporate distribution (cash and bonus shares)�

?�Mid-Office and Management Reports:

Coordinates with banks and financial institutions for all related transactions
Coordinates with finance and other departments of the Company in relation to settlement activities
�Interacts with Fund Managers, Portfolio Managers and brokers, for negotiations of fees and other related matters
Prepare Management Information System (MIS) and Portfolio Performance Reports through spreadsheets along with graphs
Create and maintain reports for the senior management team and business unit level managers as and when required
�Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report creation
Assist with preparation of budget/and cash flow for the year
