Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sign-Board Center Manager to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machines (cutting and engraving services) and managing sign-board centers. As a Sign-Board Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sign-board center, ensuring smooth workflow and delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all operations of the sign-board center, including production, installation, and maintenance.
  2. Supervise a team of sign-board technicians and ensure they are trained and equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
  3. Coordinate with clients to understand their signage requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of sign-boards and meet project deadlines.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of sign-board materials and supplies.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in sign-board technology.
  9. Prepare reports on center performance, including production, sales.
