Job Description

On behalf of our client, who is a premium Chocolate, we are looking for an experienced Shop Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and delightful operation of the chocolate store and will be responsible for leading a team of passionate associates, maintaining the stores visual appeal, and delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the chocolate store.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain an inviting and well-organized store environment, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Monitor and meet sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and replenishing chocolate products.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, proposing improvements to enhance store profitability.
  • Participate in product knowledge training to become an expert on our chocolates.
