Job Description

Must be able and willing to provide Customer support, technical guidance, as well as hands-on engineering support of upgrades, preventative and breakdown maintenance, and installations of HVAC & Refrigeration equipment.

  • Must be familiar with several AHU, FCU, chiller, DX packages & rotary equipment.
  • Manage, train & monitor all activities of a call centre daily basis to ensure customer inquiries are answered promptly.
  • Work closely with cross-functional resources to execute and complete projects.
  • Lead Technicians to assure high quality services is rendered to customers.
  • Align company objectives to continuously improve services.
  • Coordinate the design, installation, commissioning, inspection, repair and maintenance.
  • Develop knowledge & expertise in leading technologies.
  • Plan daily, weekly work schedules with team and monitor implementation and completion of works.
  • Assure that all client servicing tasks are fully achieved.
  • Drive productivity improvement projects.
  • Manage warranty activities, focusing on process improvements eliminate reasons/causes of poor quality.
  • Identify and eliminate practices resulting in external and internal failures.
  • Assure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance to applicable standards while fulfilling customer requirements.
  • Assign team to periodically perform upgrades to maintain or improve equipment productivity.
