Job Description

1. Oversees and coordinates the organization, staffing and operational activities on an assigned shift responsible for the maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators.2. Conducts on-the-job technical and safety training for assigned maintenance employees; researches and resolves staffing issues and concerns.So, service operations managers are responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of goods and services. Their direct responsibilities includemanaging both the operations process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.The Service Operation Manager common responsibilities are:

  • Oversee and guide all activities of the Service team.
  • Coordinate SLA creations. (Through Interaction with the business team).
  • Ensure team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements.
  • Monitors department issues and client complaints.
  • Develop problem management and service improvement plans.
  • Ensure customer/business, client, support, technical parties are represented in the definition and evolution of services.
  • Offer customer service.
  • Maintain customer relationships.
