Job Description

The Candidate is responsible for handling wholesale operations for the company, including roaming testing in order to ascertain the satisfaction of departmental targets and satisfaction of existing customers that use this service annually.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the respective department by providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork and aligning work processes in order to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
  • Implement new wholesale and roaming services services products, proposal development and alignment to the agreed-upon Commercial wholesale & roaming objectives.
  • Configure new IMSI ranges, MCC (Mobile Country Codes) and MNC (Mobile Network Codes) on the core Network (HLR and MSC).
  • Conduct IREG testing for new roaming partners and roaming test validation (voice, GPRS, prepaid, 3G, 4G, and 5G).
  • Validate test books for new and existing services.
  • Working with IT to define testing & commercially live operators in Billing System & to generate TAPs accordingly.
  • Generate regular reports for Service Assurance Manager and Service Assurance Director that summarize and forecast business activities of the Operations Unit.
  • Handle trouble shoot cases during test in coordination with (roaming partner, GRX, and Signaling carrier).
  • Handle customer care created trouble tickets regarding international calls, SMS, and MMS. Handle roaming trouble tickets
