Report To: Customer Service ManagerKey Responsibilities- Deal with service operations by working closely with workshop personnel including the Service Manager.- Engage in booking customer initiate service documentation, job card production and follow-up systems.- Understanding warranty procedures/documentation and insurance procedures/documentation as laid down by the manufacturer.- Swiftly update customers and vehicle history files accurately in accordance with data protection.- Ensure all work has been carried out as detailed and charged.- Keep customers fully informed of the progress of their vehicle
