Deal with customer face to face and over the phone
?Check that the vehicle documentation is correct
Verifies and updates vehicle information on computer
Raise job cards and invoices
Coordinate with customers to identify and record the fault or services required.
Extensively liaise with clients and respective internal department or workshop etc. related to estimated time of job completion and to arrange alternative temporary replacement courtesy vehicle for client?s usage.
Books the customer vehicles for services and repairs.
Prepares overall progress and invoicing.
Arranges the collection and delivery of customer vehicles.
