Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer clients questions about the service , make sure to schedule and book appointments.
  • Provide customers with information they need and advice them with suitable solutions and usage.
  • Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
  • Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
  • Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure retention and new business opportunities.
  • Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
  • Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
