We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to join our product team. We arelooking for someone who is self-motivated and wants to have an immediate impacton a great product with large scale of users.Youll work in a close-knit team consisting of Developers, Designers, Marketing,Quality Assurance and Support Staff.What You?ll Do* Create concepts, wireframes, mockups & design specifications to build intuitive,beautiful user experience.* Work closely with the Product, Content and R&D teams to create both new productUI/UX and improve existing features as well.* Directing ongoing usability testing and assessment.* Working with project owners and project teams to propose new solutions to complexuser-centered design problems and complete the IA/UI.* Identify usability/design problems and devise elegant and rapid solutions* Ensuring UX and design consistency across products.* Implementing UX best practice.* Monitoring emerging industry trends.
