Job Description

Job Summary/Purpose:Supervise export of goods to the external customers of MNSS.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Responsibilities:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Operational:

  1. Oversee preparation of pre shipment/packing list and advise to the customer for shipment planning including the balance payment requirement.
  2. Prepare Letter of Credit as per the terms and conditions stipulated and submit it to the Line Manager.
  3. Raise Credit approval prior to shipment and follow up with Finance.
  4. Check loading report submitted by the Warehouse, review the draft of Bill of Lading and forward to shipping company.
  5. Oversee preparation of invoices in English and Arabic for customers and customs.
  6. Follow up on the status of pending payments with Finance and update transport companies, shipping companies.
  7. Prepare settlement of customer claims after gathering relevant details and joint investigation with the warehouse in-charge and submit it to Line Manager for further action.
8.˙Identify areas for improvement and recommend kaizen ideas or suggestions to the Line Manager.People Management: 1.˙˙˙˙Assign duties and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance to policies and procedures.2.˙˙˙˙Check employee attendance and report absence and attendance exceptions, prepare annual leave plan for employees and overtime sheets on SAP HCM for management approval.3.˙˙˙˙Explain and advise staff on Group policy and quality standards and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.4.˙˙˙˙Provide on the job training and coaching to staff and provide information and necessary material to staff to carry out the jobs.5.˙˙˙˙Receive grievances raised by subordinates and promptly escalate such grievances to management.
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.˙
  • Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
  • Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
