Showroom Management:- Oversee the overall operations of the luxurious furniture retail showroom, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales associates and support staff to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maximize sales opportunities and maintain the showrooms aesthetic appeal.2.Customer Experience:- Create a welcoming and luxurious showroom environment that resonates with the brands image and values.- Champion exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that customers receive personalized assistance, product knowledge, and guidance to make informed purchasing decisions.- Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.3.
