Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Quantity Surveyor shall monitor the BOQ's, estimates, schedule of rates and material take-offs as presented by the PC Contractor. These shall be verified by site measuremenunt of materialsand manhours expended on the varying workpacks across all disciplines. He shall support the Contract Engineer in the compilation of cost reports and forecasts to completion as required.Measurement and evaluation of final accounts including claims, extra items, deviations, variations and amendments to contracts, Candidate shall be degree qualified and MCIRS affiliated. Will perform liaison duties between Client and Contractor .Desired Candidate Profile12+ Years experienceImmediately available candidates within Kuwait preferred.
