Job Description

Job Summary: As a Senior Production Module Consultant, He will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the production module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.˙You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure the system to meet their needs, and provide expert guidance on best practices.˙Your role will involve leading projects, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring successful system integrations.˙Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse production requirements and business processes.
  • Provide expert advice on production best practices and Dynamics 365 FO functionalities.
  • Implementation and Configuration:
  • Configure and customize the production module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful deployment of solutions.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage production-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to the production module.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Training and Documentation:
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 FO features and updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
