Job Description

Provide support to daily operations of the Treasury Department. The Responsibilities includes:

  1. Validate the documents required for opening and preparation of letter of credit.
  2. Coordinate daily with Specialist, Treasury for transactions related to banks for Letter of Credits, Letter of Guarantor and Foreign exchange.
  3. Check import and export LCs.
  4. Validate the documents required for letter of guarantee as requested by the departments.
  5. Prepare bank transfers, foreign exchange deals for Al-Sayer Group companies.
  6. Check credit limits as sanctioned by banks.
  7. Prepare banks financial position on a daily basis.
  8. Prepare overall cash flow statements.
  9. Validate all the required documents and prepare LCs with credit position.
  10. Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
  11. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
  12. Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
  13. Perform other duties as requested by management.
