Marketing and Pricing Senior Officer provides administrative support to the Marketing and Pricing section of Parts in order to facilitate the sales of parts and accessories and to achieve defined business objectives. The responsibilities includes:1. Compile daily sales reports and submit to Deputy Manager.2. Prepare quotations on IMS as per customer contract and submit to Deputy Manager for review.3. Check daily discount variance and submit variance report to the Senior Supervisor.4. Attend to branch queries on air/sea/Directors/warranty pricing and other operational requirements daily.5. Prepare reimbursement claim statement and submit to Deputy Manager.6. Follow up on the tasks assigned for sales promotion/advertising activities/events and assist in conducting divisional meetings.7. Participate in value chain activities.8. Maintain a filing system for the documents and business correspondence related to the department.9. Compile employee attendance report manually and input data into Addition / Deduction software manually in order to assist in the computation of monthly incentives.10. Follow up on Customer Satisfaction Index, NPS reports on a monthly basis and ensure adherence to the group standards.11. Conduct field surveys, Market research data survey in order to gather and compile information about market, products, services etc. from the other distributors, dealers, garages, high street shops, fleet etc. across Kuwait. and submit to Manager for further action.12. Contact potential POS and marketing collateral suppliers for quotations, its production & distribution.13. Compile, and edit advertisement content digitally and interact with suppliers andAdvertising &Communicationdepartment.14. Maintain records of advertising materials/genuine stickers/warranty cards/gift items/shopping bags and ensures safety/distribution of the material.15. Assist in submission, follow up, preparation and verification of Ministry of Commerce and Consumer protection related documents for licensing process and jobs.
