ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operation Level Agreements Implement the Operation Level Agreement (OLAs) with bank users and key security services in line with users roles and responsibilities
Security operations

Help in applying the security procedures for the databases, operating systems, and network devices based on information security policy and guidelines.
Review requests involving changes to firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems and forward these for approvals.

Network loading Help the network and infrastructure teams to properly set up network load balancers to ensure better performance and maintained security
Risk management Ensure that security needs are balanced in accordance with identified risks
Security plans implement security plans and monitor them based on the risk reports.
Disaster recovery Participate in the execution of disaster recovery exercises for all information system security devices and the recovery plans on regular basis.
New technology Help with the implementation of new and emerging security related technologies and applications in conjunction with approved suppliers
Security execution Carry out reviews on security devices and determine & implement improvements or modifications as required.
