Report To: EM, SFD - Cash ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesProducts Developments: Responsible to define and sponsor the development of Payments, Collections, Liquidity products and e-delivery channels appropriate for the Cash Products and Services offered by the bank.Market Development: Support the Corporate team & Sales teams in the evaluation & delivery of new productMarket Research: provide sufficient market information and evaluate the competitive environment for cash management products to enhance the value of cash management to customers and to strengthen the bank?s competitive positionProducts Analysis: Define and manage customized products to customers? needs by analyzing the capabilities of bank products and the functionality of the existing delivery platform.Project Management: Responsible to manage and monitor project plans, coordinate with related departments and allocate appropriate manpower to cope with the implementation requirement within deadline.Products awareness: Assist the sales and relationship managers to conduct sales activities, including product demonstrations and customer training.Support: Providing Level II support on all product issues while further providing product specific instruction to the implementation staff and other customer support personnel.
