Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect.ÿÿObjectives: ÿThe Senior Landscape Architect will be member of the Architecture Team, and he will be assisted by Landscape Inspector. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for quality control of hard and soft landscape works.ÿKey Responsibilities:ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿInspection of plants at source to ensure conformance to the requirements of species, size and appearance, as set forth in the drawings and specificationsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReview and approval of hardscape materials such as pavers, lighting fixtures, kerbs, site furnishings, including approval of ?mock up? layouts.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReview and approve plant locations after the contractor has ?staked? these.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿInspect and supervise planting operations to ensure that work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿFollow-up on the Contractor?s progress to ensure timely completion of work. Address and resolve day to day site issues and problems common in any supervision contract.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProvide advice on any potential variations to the contract.ÿ
