Role Profile:

To administrate and manage the group use of wide area networks (WANs), local area networks (LANs), and organization-specific networks.
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and improvements to the environment.
Design, implement, support and maintain computer networks, monitor network availability, and collect data to enhance security and reliability.

The below Key Performance Areas include and may not be limited to:Executive & Technical Activities

Integrate computer and network systems into the network, which encompasses all LAN/WAN Internet access.
Operate, monitor and configure Network routers, core switches, edge Switches, Wireless network, IP telephony, next generation firewalls, DMZ, ?etc.
Respond to the escalated helpdesk issues on Company network, including troubleshooting Network hardware, Data Links and internet link problems, provision of related technical assistance to the IT desktop support team and resolve complex Network issues.
Design and implement Complex network topologies through different technologies like Fibre, WI-Max, Microwave, Satellite, DSL, ?etc.
Building VLAN?s, Configure DNS, DHCP, IP Nat
Build VPN sites.
Design, implement, configure IP Call managers, Voice gateways, unity systems, call centres, IVR, and any related configuration over IP telephony.
Monitor network performance, integrity, utilization, throughput, latency and suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability cross the region
Design and implement IoT solutions and monitor the connections.
Maintain the Vendors warranty and support certificates.
