Job Description

The Product Knowledge Trainer conducts General Automotive Sales training and different techno-functional competencies courses related to the automotive sales to improve the staff skills for Al Sayer Group.

  1. Identify training needs of in-service employees on the basis of performance appraisals and prepare the development plans /recommendations for the Training Manager.
  2. Train the new joiners on the basis of pre selection competencies evaluation /assessments.
  3. Design training curriculum as per international standards/ market/ franchise principle upon approval of Training Manager.
  4. Prepare training schedule to fulfill the automotive business development plans based on the product estimation plan.
  5. Ensure availability of classroom and training aids to conduct the˙˙˙training.
  6. Conduct qualifying test, evaluate performance of the Sales staff and select trainees for appropriate level of training.
  7. Conduct training, monitor performance and attendance, and provide feedback to the Training Manager.
  8. Conduct post training evaluation/assessment as per the company and international standards.
  9. Follow up on the knowledge transfer to the work place in order to improve employee performance.
  10. Conduct the sales related staff test drive activities.
  11. Conduct Sales skills and performance observation report in a regular frame time.
