Job Description

Path Solutions is looking to hire a Senior ICT Consultant for its office in Shuwaikh , Kuwait.Duties & Responsibilities :?

  • Handle ICT helpdesk support tasks
  • Following our standard installation and configuration practices, install and configure:
  1. Operating systems (MS Windows and Linux), patches, tools and utilities
  2. Oracle,?MSSQL, and SAP ASE databases
  3. Application servers.
  • ?R&D: explore new technologies and trends in the database field
  • ?Events log monitoring
  • ?Troubleshoot and resolve performance and other escalated service requests
  • ?Ensure that the applicable ICT policies and procedures are maintained through controls and checks
