- Should have experience in LIMS, Windows 365, Windows 8 and Microsoft Office.- Should maintain laboratory activities files and records.- Should maintain planning/scheduling interface requirements as defined by Company/Client.- Assist Client and Lab engineers to issue reports and follow up documentations, communications and material requisitions and ensure the completeness of the intended requirements.- Familiar in preparing material requirements for Services, maintain files and records, and update status reports.- Should keep records for all material location in field and storage room using computerized database and Log Book.- Should be familiar with preparing and maintaining an up to date inventory report and alert concerned, if any item reaches its reorder level.- Shall assist Client and Lab Engineers to issue Bills of Materials for material purchasing.
