Job Description

  1. Previously worked in valuation with Big 4 Audit companies or reputable investment banking companies.
  2. Very proficient in valuation and business plan modeling.
  3. Be able to present opportunity studies and company reports on both PowerPoint and Word in a very professional way within a tight time frame.
  4. Have a generic understanding on accounting regulation.
  5. Be English proficient to prepare and review memo, letters, agreement, term sheet, SPA, SHA, etc.
