Responsibilities:

Manage the bookkeeping process for assigned clients using the Xero accounting platform.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to clients to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor cash flows, budgeting, and forecasting to identify potential risks or opportunities.
Conduct periodic audits of financial processes to identify and implement process improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and Xero updates.
