Job Description

Job Purpose:Responsible for supervising and overseeing security functions at company premises/and projects, ensuring compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks/reception.
  • Supervise and maintain the security responsibilities & activities.
  • Prepare and conduct training for all security guards (new hires and current staff) including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.
  • Provide and implement security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
  • Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
  • Traverse various areas of the facility to conduct inspections and plan security procedures.
  • Provide specialized security for all assigned premises and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas as per internal procedures.
  • Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
  • Identify threats and respond immediately to all incidents.
  • Focus simultaneously on surroundings and people with High attention to detail.
  • Prevent or detect intrusion, unauthorized entry or activity, vandalism, or trespass on company property.
  • Prevent or detect of theft, loss, embezzlement, misappropriation or concealment of merchandise, money, notes, valuables, documents, or papers.
  • Protect employees, visitors and all individuals from bodily harm.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance to the standards of ISO and recommend continual improvement to the safety management system.
  • Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Management.
