A security guards supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of a facility or premises. They are responsible for implementing security protocols, monitoring security systems, and training and supervising security personnel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security and law enforcement, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.Responsibilities:1- Supervise and manage a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of the premises.2- Implement and enforce security protocols, procedures, and guidelines.3- Monitor and operate security systems, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.4- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to identify and address any security risks or breaches.5- Train and educate security personnel on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and safety measures.6- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches to the relevant authorities.7- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.8- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security incidents, patrols, and other relevant information.9- Provide guidance and support to security staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, when necessary.10- Stay updated on the latest security technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve security measures.Preferred Candidates:1- From inside Kuwait only.2- Indian nationality.3- Speak English & Arabic4- Has a Kuwaiti driving license.5- Preferred has a car.6- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.7- Strong leadership and management skills.8- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.9- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.10- Attention to detail and strong observation skills.11- Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties, including standing for long periods, walking, and lifting heavy objects.12- Knowledge of local security regulations and laws.13- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.14- Proficiency in using security systems and equipment.
