Job Description

  • Meet the Company?s objectives and sales targets, by setting goals, targets and incentives for sales staff.
  • Assist the assistant manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans
  • Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the assistant manager or shop manager
  • To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge on all categories by coaching the sales team
