Job Description

Provide customers with all information about the Airlines. Demonstrate services toexisting/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.Maximizing revenue, achieve the set target, looking for new market and new potential.Principal Accountabilities and technical:

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current agents and prospective agents to generate new business for the organization
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals /quotations for current and prospective Customers
  • Resolve agent complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations
  • Determine agent requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
  • Provide accurate information regarding offers, rules, fares etc.
  • Agent performance analysis
  • Market needs and demand analysis
  • Monitoring competitor?s performance and practices
  • Smart follower to the market news
General & Administrative:
  • Market intelligence and opportunities hunter
  • Prepare daily sales report
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from the direct Manager
