Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting, bank-related work, and financial audits while ensuring the company meets its financial targets through budgeting, financial statements, and MIS reporting.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Operations:

  • Supervise finance and accounting functions.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems.
  • Oversee daily accounting, banking, and financial audits.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, business plans, and cash flow management.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, and company performance to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure departments meet their financial targets and do not exceed budgets.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
  • Provide financial reports and insights to management.
  • Create quarterly reports comparing actual results with budgeted forecasts.
  • Offer recommendations on investments and financial strategies.
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, lawyers, and key business partners.
  • Assist in restructuring and optimizing investment strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, MIS, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
