Job Description

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:Perform all activities related to bulk sales and individual standard sales of Cement, Interlocks, Ready-mix and Aerated Blocks.

  • Identify, develop, update and track the sales plans of the company?s Sales Department in order to achieve the set targets in a timely manner.
  • Obtain the required technical knowledge pertaining to the company?s products in order to represent the company efficiently to current and potential customers.
  • Contact and arrange meetings with potential customers to promote the company?s products and respond to any related inquiries, whenever required.
  • Maintain all existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts in order to increase the company?s customer base and market share.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current information on the marketplace pertaining to prices, current products, new products, etc.
  • Process all customer orders and ensure that all sales orders are documented and recorded on the Dynamics System.
  • Act as single point of contact for the company?s to client as required.
  • Coordinate with the company?s Finance Departments in areas related to collection activities to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Demonstrate awareness of sales tasks and workload, offer help to team members and take on additional tasks, when appropriate.
