A kuwait based e- commerce start up is looking for an energetic all-rounder to lead the Sales, Marketing & Operation functions.Sales ? Lead the front line sales team to acquire and onboard merchants on to the ecommerce market place? Set Monthly merchant acquisition targets and drive the team to achieve the targets? Conduct periodic business reviews, Identify business opportunities which result in increased revenue and market shareOperations? Providing excellent service and support to the merchants in order to build strong relationship & resolving operational issues? Build and manage relationships with delivery companies and delivery fleet? Ownership of the catalog and content management, convincing merchants to digitize their services in the market placeMarketing ? Build and lead a high-performing marketing function by collaborating with internal marketing resources and freelancers? Set targets for the customer mobile app downloads and accordingly deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution? Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals? Be Customer obsessed, develop deep understanding of the customers & market Skills? 5+ years of high performing work experience in startup, ecommerce, operations, sales and BD? Customer obsession, creative problem solver, Self-starter and collaborator and the ability to work autonomously and own projects? Strong Team Management skills ? able to drive the team to achieve the business plan targets? Strong stake holder management skills - Merchants, Customers, Agencies, vendors etc ? Social media marketing experience.
