Receive sales enquire by email and telephone calls
Prepare sales quotations and send them to customers.
Maintain records related to sales.
Coordinate with Sales Team and Technical Team in arranging demonstrations and presentations.
Receive calls from customers for technical support and assign the job to Technicians.
Maintain records related to After sales support service and monitor that maintenance calls are attended to, and preventive maintenance is done during the warranty and against Maintenance Agreements.
Inform customers before the expiry of warranty and send a proposal for annual maintenance contracts.
Report to higher management any issues or matters which could not be resolved for timely intervention.
Monthly Salary Range: Based on Qualification
