Job Description

  • Greet customers entering establishment. Face the customers with a smile
  • Able to answer phone calls for home deliveries
  • Coordinate with drivers for home deliveries and to work on POS
  • Make suggestions and encourage purchase of product
  • Process cash and credit card transactions at the registered post
  • Procedures and policies answer questions customers, and provide information
  • Stay current with sales price
  • Maintain sales records
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers via telephone calls
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
